SimplePin uses Tokens to authenticate server-to-server calls. There are two different authorization keys available - Authorization and Token. A combination of both these keys allows you to retrieve information specific to your company.
When a company account is created manually, the API keys are not yet configured so you have to add them. To do so, login into the SimplePin Admin interface and go to Settings > API settings.
Note: It is possible to create multiple API keys under a particular company. This approach comes in handy if you would like to identify different clients connecting to SimplePin.
